The Maryknoll Fathers and Brothers is a unique missionary community that works exclusively in service to the poor and marginated outside the borders of the United States.  Tasked with challenging young men from the Catholic Church in the United States to serve in mission overseas, the Maryknoll Vocation Ministries team provides a yearly calendar of events to help those discerning a lifelong commitment with Maryknoll as a Priest or Brother.

MARYKNOLL VOCATION CALENDAR OF EVENTS

January: Mission Immersion Experience in a Maryknoll overseas mission.

March/April: Holy Week Retreat for men discerning Priesthood or Brotherhood.

Early May: “Come and See” weekend at the Maryknoll Chicago Formation house.

Early July: Mission Immersion Experience in a Maryknoll overseas mission.

Late July: Maryknoll Vocation Encounter at Maryknoll Seminary, Ossining, NY.  This event is jointly sponsored by the Maryknoll family: Maryknoll Fathers & Brothers, Maryknoll Sisters, and Maryknoll Lay Missioners.

Early November: Vocation Discernment Retreat at the Maryknoll Residence in Los Altos, CA

“Come and See” visits to Maryknoll Seminary, Ossining, NY by appointment with the Vocation Director.
